How I work

Design Thinking Metodology

This is often a non-linear and iterative process, that can start at different points in its 6 steps. It all depends on the project, products or services current state, and what needs to be done. Either its usability testing a current product, iterate a new design, or research on a topic for a new product/service.

Ive used this method for most of my UX cases.
